Pcos is an Endocrine Metabolic reproductive condtion linked to hormonal imbalance that can affect your periods, fertility & hormones. In PCOS, ovaries develop numerous small fluid-filled sacs called follicles, and fail to regularly release eggs. It affects about one in 10 women.

Common symptoms of PCOS include:
The Symptoms vary from women to women. Some women have very few mild symptoms, while others are affected more severely by a wider range of symptoms.
Women in their reproductive age are at high risk of developing PCOS.
No those women who are overweight or have a family history are at a higher risk of getting PCOS.
Women with PCOS are more likely to develop certain serious health problems. These include type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, problems with the heart and blood vessels, and uterine cancer. Women with PCOS often have problems with their ability to get pregnant (fertility).
Your doctor will check your body , take medical history, do some bloodtest and may be also ultrasound pelvis.
History & Physical Exam : Discussion about menstrual periods, changes in weight, excess hair growth, insulin resistance and acne. Your doctor may also check your skin, hair and body for acne and abnormal hairs.
Blood Tests : Your doctor will measure recommended blood hormones levels.
Ultrasound : To examine your ovaries and thickness of uterine lining.
